Now it's 2023, and we still return to BWD for every computer need.Best computer store ever! We moved away from Carleton Place 15 years ago, but still return whenever we need new hardware or have a technical problem. Derick is amazing!

Derek did an amazing job on my laptop that had a boot error and would no longer open up the desktop to access my files and photos. He was able to retrieve my photos and gor my laptop working again. Highly recommend his services.

I recently took a laptop PC to BWD. It was operating very slow sometimes and the hard drive seemed to be not working correctly. Task manager showed over 95% drive access all the time but very low or zero bytes accessed.BWD diagnosed the problem as a hard drive failure. They managed to clone the failed drive onto a new solid state drive and fix up the corrupted files. All my user data (video, photo, music, and documents) were recovered OK.The PC was returned to me the next day and after 2 weeks I have seen no problems.Very satisfied with BWD.
